Ogi Yōkan from Saga with special sugar crust and green tea from Yame, Fukuoka. How lucky we are!

I'm a very little bit upset by saying that European sweets are rather sweet (what seems not to be good, not in taste and not for health) and fine Japanese wagashi are not sweeter than a dried kaki etc., etc.. My impression? Sugar crusted yōkan --- like many other Japanese food items --- are sweet.
